Happy Birthday Mom!
December 30 almost marks the end of the year but it also marks Mom's birthday which was celebrated at Camellia yakiniku buffet.
Fern Salad
Fiddlehead fern also known as warabi (Japanese) and pako (Filipino) mixed with bagoong (fish sauce) and tomatoes. Packed with vitamins and so delicious.
Detox Food
A week of indulgences made me crave some detox food of brown rice, daikon pickles, and vegetable soup.
