The extra step of melting butter, chocolate, and cocoa powder over a double boiler is tedious but worth it. Very chocolate, very rich, and very good.

Just the right amount of sweet and tart that would make this perfect on a hot day.

Coconut Cupcake

Martha Stewart's coconut cake recipe is my favorite in the Baking Handbook and I expected these cupcakes to a be a mini version. Tasty but I still prefer the cake!
My cupcakes are now on display at the prettiest boutique in Hawaii, Madison and Company.

Rosemary Chicken Salad

Leftover roast chicken never tasted so good. Roast chicken from the grocery store has to be one of the greatest inventions. Chopped and combined with Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, rosemary, green onions, and walnuts and served on top of toasted bread. Delicious.

Mushroom Ravioli

One word. Yummy! Just as good as Macaroni Grill's but lighter (less butter), tastier (flavored with marsala wine and fresh rosemary), and cheaper!

Ward Warehouse

Not only do we enjoy the restaurants but the shops are cute, items for sale are unique, and I could spend hours in the cooking store.
