Muffin 1001

I zeroed in on the apricot and pumpkin walnut recipes in the 1001 Muffins cookbook. Nothing to hoot and holler about. Taste, texture, and appearance were mediocre.

Happy Birthday Eric and Kevin

 I always look forward to Eric's cooking and an invitation to the Millers equals mouth watering, home cooked dishes.  Everyone was required to shake the lemonade before washing it all down.

The Hees

It was the annual visit to Hawaii and nothing's too good for my friends from SF.  We all enjoyed the scenery (bowling), the food, and the service at the Alley.  Toby raved about the Loco Moco, Scott devoured his burger, and Pauline enjoyed her oxtail soup.  Jon and I ate lightly (furikake ahi) in anticipation for their famous desserts.

Dance Island Ala Moana Centerstage

Not only did Anna choreograph a couple dances but she performed 8 out of the 14 performances at Ala Moana Centerstage.  Graceful, precise, and beautiful.
