Not only did I find Amy Sedaris's book that features crafts and recipes entertaining, but funny as hell. The star of Comedy Central's hit show Strangers with Candy is also a businesswoman selling cupcakes for her rabbit Tattletail's room and board and toiletries. I thought it was joke but her little cakes were voted 2nd best in the city by New York Magazine.
I thought these cupcakes were delicious and so pleasantly simple to make, just dump all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. The cake had just the right amount of density and not too sweet. The frosting was even better! So easy to whip up and held its consistency in the humidity.
