Stack's

Located in Hayes Valley, a trendy, upscale, shopping district in SF.  Dishes satisfied every palate ranging from vegan, vegetarian, and meat lover.

Fairmont Hotel

I had to stop by the hotel where Scott and me continued to celebrate our San Francisco honeymoon after spending 10 days in Mexico.  Elegant, historic, and expensive!

Hotel Union Square

What a quirky, unexpected surprise in the center of Union Square!  Friendly, professional service and clean, spacious rooms.

Marusushi

Just a short walk from the Sir Francis Drake Hotel on Powell Street, Marusushi serves authentic Japanese dishes.  The tempura and teriyaki salmon were delicious and satisfying for my first meal in San Francisco.

Ma Jong's

I always make a point to visit Ma Jong's restaurant in Sacramento for the tasty Vietnamese summer rolls. A cheaper version of PF Chang, Ma Jong's serves Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai dishes at reasonable prices and suitable portions.

Neighborhood Kids

Don't expect to just sit around if you come to my house.  I put the kids to work raking leaves and rewarded them with cookies.

Happy Anniversary

I'm still in love with the man I married 17 years ago.  We don't need an expensive, fancy dinner but salad, pastrami sandwich, and pizza from Pizza Rinna are worthy enough to celebrate our special day.
