My Chinese friend described the food at Au's Tasty Chop Suey as good ole's Chinese home cooking. If it's good enough for him, it's good enough for us and that is why we return time and time again to celebrate important occasions at this excellent restaurant-good sized portions, unbeatable prices, and super duper delicious food. It was Mom's 82nd birthday and we always celebrate with a platter of noodles to symbolize long life.
