I'm not a fan of these cookies but if you're a crunchy type, you'll like these. Very simple but it takes forever to bake-45 minutes at 310 degrees. Full of chocolate (2 C), nuts (1 C) and crunch!
My fascination with cupcakes began on a visit to New York's Magnolia Bakery. Anna and I stood in awe as bakers prepared rows of perfectly shaped cupcakes frosted with a huge mound of pastel shade frosting. What a pretty sight! I am a 39 year old wife and mother from Hawaii. I have been a teacher for 17 years and turn to baking for stress relief. I adore Martha Stewart and have found all her baked goods to be excellent. I have never witnessed a frown on someone who had just received a cupcake . They are the perfect size of goodness!
