Lamb and Kumara with Ambrosia

What I thought was beef, turned out to be lamb which I haven't had in ages! Tender, tasty and juicy served with kumara, Polynesian sweet potato which is a Maori staple food. I've read poems and stories of ambrosia and finally tasted this sweet concoction of strawberry yogurt, marshmallows, fruit and chocolate. Our first kiwi dinner prepared by a lovely family-the Wakas!
