I couldn't wait to get home and make this pie for my family using Diane's recipe. One of the easiest pie crust to prepare and so deceptively easy to make. Sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese and lime juice are all it takes to make this praise worthy pie. A big mahalo to Diane!
This was truly inspired. I don't know how I managed to deserve a pie, but I surely enjoyed it. I even gave a piece to my mother-in-law when she learned that I had one and revealed that she only has those on the mainland because they don't make them here in Hawaii. Everyone was privileged and delighted to have a slice of this.
